The good and bad of HTC

The good:

1) Cool phones
2) Cool-er functions
3) Cool-est prices.

The bad:

1) Fucked up customer service
2) Horrendous Technical support
3) Outsourced support centre that does 1-for-1 exchanges to phones with older versions
4) Can't even afford to provide a new screen protector on exchanged phones (this is bullshit)
5) Bugs and errors galore

I'm serious, NEVER get a HTC phone UNLESS you are really really really lucky and by some stroke of luck manage to purchase the problem-free one which is 1/10000000000000000000000000000. I've had 4 bad experiences with HTC.

enough said.

It's time to shop for a new phone. this sucks.
